Service Writer

Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to person for customers needing service on their equipment
• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate service jobs from start to finish
• Open, manage, and close service work orders like a boss
• Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and juggle priorities with finesse
• Coordinate with sales, rental, and parts teams to keep everything moving
• Keep the flow moving—fast, friendly, and flawlessly

What You Bring:

• High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• An eye for detail, a knack for coordination
• Team-player energy and a safety-first mindset
• Strong computer skills (Excel a must; service software a plus)
• Bonus points if you’ve got oil & gas or heavy equipment experience
