As a Lead Caregiver, You’ll:

• Provide direct care services to clients with dignity and skill
• Serve as a mentor and role model
• Assist with office tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with families and clients as needed

• Willing and able to visit any client’s home at any time, stepping in to cover open shifts or last-minute care needs to support uninterrupted client care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience required; leadership experience a plus
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
