Care Healthcare of Washington is hiring a detail-oriented and dependable HR / Scheduler to support daily operations within our growing home care agency. This role is essential to maintaining caregiver compliance, managing schedules, and ensuring operational excellence across King and Pierce County.

Key Responsibilities

Manage caregiver schedules.
Coordinate call-offs and shift coverage
Support on-boarding and maintain compliant caregiver files
Track licenses, certifications, and CE requirements
Assist with audits and documentation readiness
Support hiring workflow.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare HR, scheduling, or administrative support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Comfort handling confidential information
Background check required

Preferred

Proficiency with WellSky and Hireology
Experience in home care or healthcare operations
Knowledge of Washington State caregiver compliance
Bilingual a plus
