Responsibilities
  • Provide a luxury customer experience at all  times.
  • Manage repair orders through the reconditioning process.
  • Take ownership of the repair orders from start to finish.
  • Manage accurate estimates for approval..Maintain paperwork in a professional manner.
  • Ensure used cars are moving through the recon process efficiently.
  • Distribute work between the detail crew.
  • Answer  questions about vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Keep a good relationship with vendors.
  • Be sure accurate purchase orders are created and attached to the repair order.
  • Maintain parking lot for new and used cars in the internal repair process.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Experience using DMS systems such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Tekion.
