We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants throughout O‘ahu.

Primary Responsibilities

• Skilled home health visits
• PT evaluations and reassessments
• Fall prevention planning
• Mobility and strengthening programs
• Patient and caregiver education
• Medicare-compliant documentation

What We're Looking For

• Hawaii PT or PTA license
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
