Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team in the Pearl City area. If you are passionate about helping others maintain independence and dignity at home, we would love to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits

• $19.50/hour during training and orientation
• $20–$24/hour after training
• Weekly pay
• Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible part-time and full-time employees
• Paid training and orientation
• Introduction to clients before starting shifts
• Shadowing opportunities available
• Mileage reimbursement between clients (when shifts are within 2 hours of each other)

Shift Availability

Current opening:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shifts in Pearl City

We proudly serve clients throughout all of Oahu.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Personal care assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Light housekeeping
• Stand-by assistance and mobility support
• Pet care and home support

Qualifications

• NA Certificate and/or CNA License required
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, and remain on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
