Responsibilities:

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot
• Maintaining an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
• Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars 
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
• Take photos of inventory vehicles for the internet.

Findlay Subaru Prescott is seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Lot Porter to join our team in Prescott, AZ. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff alike. Additionally, the role includes taking photos of inventory vehicles for the website to help showcase our vehicles online effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles around the lot as directed to ensure proper display and accessibility
• Clean and detail vehicles on the lot to maintain a presentable appearance
• Take photos of inventory vehicles for the website
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and preparations for sales events
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and any visible issues
• Maintain lot organization and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Provide general assistance to the sales team and other departments as needed
• Make sure every vehicle has price stickers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in an automotive or lot porter role is a plus but not required
