Parts Stock Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts shipments accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain the parts inventory stockroom to ensure accessibility and orderliness
• Assist parts counter staff with locating and delivering parts as needed
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
• Maintain records of parts stock and update inventory systems accordingly
• Follow safety and organizational procedures to ensure a secure work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in inventory management or stock handling preferred
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move parts as required
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
