  • Has proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
  • Communicates product features and financing options clearly and professionally

  • Understands the importance of compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Enjoys working with people from all backgrounds with empathy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure, present, and close finance and lease deals
  • Generate finance and insurance income opportunities on all sold customers
  • Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners
  • Verify all documentation for cash, finance, and lease transactions
  • Ensure all funding paperwork is accurate and completed efficiently
  • Present extended warranties and aftermarket protection products
  • Maintain knowledge of lender programs, rates, leases, and balloon financing
  • Handle cancellations for warranties and credit-related products
  • Deliver a smooth and professional delivery process for every customer

Qualifications

  • Automotive dealership F&I experience REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance
  • Proven closing and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
