Hiring Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create all jobs ads and post them to job boards
• Review all applications
• Take applicants through our hiring process
• Conduct open interviews
• Schedule and complete phone interviews
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
• Follow-up with applicants
• Work alongside each department for hiring needs
• Work closely with company trainer when hiring a candidate

Hiring Specialist Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Organized
• Friendly
• Must be able to follow-up
