Always Best Care Senior Services is currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and personable caregiver to assist a friendly client in the Arlington area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, engaging in conversation, and providing meaningful one-on-one support in a comfortable home environment.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This schedule can be filled by one full-time caregiver or split between two caregivers depending on availability.

About the Client
The client enjoys conversation and social interaction, so we are looking for someone with a warm personality who genuinely enjoys talking and spending time with others. The client is a smoker, so caregivers must be comfortable working in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and conversation throughout the day
Support daily routines and client comfort
Assist with light mobility and personal care needs as needed
Help maintain a calm, respectful, and positive environment

What We’re Looking For
Caregiving experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working around cigarette smoke
Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude
