Wages: $35-40/hr

Got Experience In...?

• New Client Intake Admissions Assessment and Plan of Care Creation
• Personal Care and Skilled Client Re-assessments and Supervisory Visits
• Medication Administration and/or Management
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Educating patients & families in plain language.
• IV Infusion / PICC / Midlines (peripheral access experience not required but preferred knowledge)
• Wound Care & Dressing Changes (surgical, pressure, diabetic, etc.) (not required but preferred knowledge)
• Catheter insertion & care (Foley, suprapubic, etc.)
• Tube feedings (NG, G-tube, J-tube) (not required but preferred knowledge)
• Trach and Vent Care (not required but preferred knowledge)
• Other RN duties within the scope of practice

• Per Diem: Have it Your Way.
• YOU Choose: Mornings? Afternoons? 
• Mon-Fri, Fri-Sun, Tues & Thurs + More… (yes, it’s THAT flexible!)

Before You Apply, Make Sure...

• You live in / near Charlotte.
• You have an active / unrestricted Registered Nurse License (RN) in NC or Compact.
• You have a current CPR card through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• You have a current TB Test or chest xray.
• You have reliable transportation to get to work and have auto insurance in your name.
• You have 1+ yrs of relevant Nursing experience.
• You have 1+ yr(s) of home health experience.
• You have 2+ yrs of current/previous medication management, wound care or infusion exp. (PICC/mid-line/port - Not a Requirement).
• You are ok traveling in Mecklenburg Co.
