Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants in Fenton, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring clients safely.
• Ensure clients’ comfort and safety while respecting their privacy and dignity.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ condition or needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
