Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Saline, MI. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety while promoting independence and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health care plans and management of illness or injury.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and University Home Care Inc policies.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Proven experience as an RN within home care or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
