Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide personalized care and support to clients in Chelsea, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare needs
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisory staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but not needed 
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Chelsea, MI
• Ability to pass background checks
