What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
• Building strong customer relationships and creating repeat business
• Learning vehicle features, technology, and product information
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations
• Following up with customers before and after the sale
• Learning and applying effective sales techniques
• Working closely with the sales team and management to achieve goals
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude each day

Qualifications

Required:

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or call center environments
