Upgrade Manager 

Sheehy VW of Springfield is seeking a highly motivated Upgrade Manager to join our team. In this role, you will engage with current customers in favorable equity positions and guide them through a smooth, value-driven vehicle upgrade process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle equity, financing options, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of upgrading to newer models or higher trim levels.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to current customers eligible for upgrades based on vehicle equity and trade-in value
• Conduct vehicle evaluations, present upgrade options, and explain financial advantages
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless upgrade experience
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with contact history, leads, and conversion tracking
• Monitor and report on equity mining performance and sales metrics
• Stay current on inventory, OEM incentives, and vehicle technology to present compelling options

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to learn and use data mining tools (eLeads or Drive Centric experience a plus)
• Knowledge of financing and leasing structures
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screen
