• Ensuring all car wash rules, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed
• Team leader willing to perform all functions of the car wash
• Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to meet and exceed productivity and performance goals
• Thank every customer and answer any questions they may have about cleaning their car
• Effectively manage and develop staff

Car Wash Manager Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and responsible
