Automotive Accounting Clerk

Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield is in need of an experienced Accounting Clerk.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proficient multi-tasker with a positive attitude and is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers.

Qualified applicants must have at least 3 years of accounting work experience.

Additional qualifications are possessing great time management skills, be very organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment while always achieving a high degree of accuracy. Auto dealership experience preferred, but not required.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Statement reconciliations

• Daily bank postings

• Journal entries

• Vehicle sale postings (retail/wholesale/dealer trades)

• General ledger account maintenance

• Sales Commissions

• Weekly sales bonuses

Expected work schedule does include occasional weekend/holiday hours for month end close
