We are seeking a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team at Steven Nissan.


About the Position

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in the dealership’s success by assisting customers with financing and protection product options while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an outstanding customer experience.

This position works closely with the sales team, lenders, and dealership leadership to structure deals, secure approvals, and maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

● Structure and finalize vehicle financing and lease agreements

● Present financing, warranty, and protection product options to customers

● Work directly with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing terms

● Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations

● Accurately prepare and review all finance documentation

● Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and financial institutions

● Support the sales team throughout the delivery and funding process

● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

● Monitor funding and CIT to ensure deals are processed efficiently

● Achieve finance department production and profitability goals


Qualifications

● Previous automotive finance or dealership management experience preferred

● Strong understanding of automotive financing, compliance, and lender processes

● Proven ability to work in a performance-driven environment

● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

● Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

● Experience with dealership software and CRM systems preferred

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Valid driver’s license required


Compensation

$80,000 – $150,000+ annually based on experience and performance

● Performance-based compensation structure

● Income potential tied to production, product penetration, and dealership profitability

● High performers have strong six-figure earning potential


Schedule

● Full-time position

● 5-day work week

● Weekend availability required based on dealership needs
