Commercial Van/Sprinter Outside Sales Associate

Columbus, OH 

• Brand new, standalone Sprinter Van Center -1st standalone facility in Ohio

• MUST HAVE 3+ years of verifiable success in B2B Sales

• Fleet/commercial experience preferred

• Base Salary of $55k-$65k based on experience, plus a % of gross on every unit sold

As an Outside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Sprinter Commercial Vans by providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to both new and returning customers. Your book of business will be small businesses, fleet buyers, contractors, delivery companies, transportation operators, and other customers purchasing both new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential commercial van customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, walk ins and referrals
• Develop and grow a pipeline of new and existing commercial clients
• Provide showroom and on-site customer demo’s that showcase why Sprinter is JD Powers #1 choice year after year for commercial vans.  
• Build relationships and drive repeat business ensuring long term success.

Qualifications

• Commercial vehicle sales experience a plus

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a dealership

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit 

• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members

• Clean driving record
