In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their vehicles are safely and efficiently transported within the service department. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless, positive service experience, helping to maintain the high standards our dealership is known for.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Transport customer vehicles safely between the service drive, service bays, and customer parking lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lot and parking areas.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality during transportation.
• Assist with various tasks around the service department as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in a busy environment.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
