Previous automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, or other customer-facing experience is strongly encouraged.

Expected Annual Earnings: Up to $150,000+ per year

Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle buying process
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Assist customers with selecting the right new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Handle showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-up
  • Perform professional vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, financing options, and automotive technology
  • Utilize CRM software and dealership tools to manage customer communication and sales opportunities
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and dealership CSI scores

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, evenings, and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
