Job Title: Customer Care Manager Location: On-Site Office Position
Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As our Customer Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients and smooth operations for our caregiving team.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Customer Care

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Support new client intake and explain our services to prospective families

Scheduling & Staffing

  • Schedule caregivers to meet client needs efficiently
  • Ensure proper care coverage while minimizing overtime
  • Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility and care needs

Office & Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly
  • Assist with payroll maintenance and daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, records, and operational documentation

Compliance & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with office staff to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all local, state, and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred OR Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care management or healthcare office customer service management

Must Have

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in home care scheduling
  • Staffing experience in a healthcare setting
