Vehicle Exchange Associate

We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy individual to serve as our Guest Liaison and Vehicle Acquisition Specialist.

 

This is a front-facing, "people-first" role where your primary goal is to build rapport with our service guests and KBB inquiries.

 

If you have a background in hospitality, high-end retail, or brand modeling, and you love making people feel at ease, this is the perfect position for you.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Host" Mentality: You are the first point of contact for guests in our service drive. You must be exceptionally friendly, approachable, and able to strike up a natural conversation with anyone.
• Professional Presentation: As a representative of our KBB Buying Center, a polished and professional image is vital.
• Disarming Communication: You have a way of making people feel comfortable and valued, turning a routine service visit into a positive business opportunity.
• Relatable: You can connect with guests from all walks of life, maintaining a warm and helpful demeanor even in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting service guests with a warm, welcoming attitude to discuss their vehicle's value.
• Acting as the "Brand Ambassador" for our KBB Instant Cash Offer program.
• Nurturing leads through friendly, consistent follow-up—focusing on the relationship rather than just the "sale."
