Guest Service Agents at Sioux Falls Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling guest accounts upon completion of their stay. This role goes beyond the duties of a typical front desk agent, offering opportunities to expand skill sets and thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges daily.

Responsibilities

  • Register guests, make and modify reservations
  • Handle hotel operator and concierge duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Problem solve to address guest and operational needs effectively
  • Be flexible with shifts including working holidays and weekends as needed

Requirements

  • Positive and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
