Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our Rosen Honda team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring efficient operations within the service department. Position Summary
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from vehicle drop-off through completion. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage workflow while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the drive lane to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Deliver a high-level customer experience by providing courteous, timely, and professional service
- Act as a concierge for customer inquiries (phone and in-person), ensuring all needs are handled effectively
- Maximize technician productivity by ensuring available service time is fully utilized
- Efficiently distribute work among technicians
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle concerns, recommended services, warranties, and repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores in alignment with company standards
- Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues and coordinate parts/tools as needed
- Oversee warranty claim administration
- Support training and supervision of service department team members
- Schedule staff and assign daily tasks
- Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, and disciplinary decisions
