JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an Experienced  PAYOFF / TITLE CLERK to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the paperwork on titles that are received from lien holders
• Confirm accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens and that all titles contain no alterations.
• Verify Payoffs with lenders prior to forwarding payoff checks.
• Followup on titles for all payoffs
• File all completed car deals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Knowledge of  Word and Excel

• Organizational, communication and computer skills
• Willing to learn and grow with a fast moving company
