Schedule:

Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance & caseload growth

Pay:

Competitive per-visit rates + mileage reimbursement + bonuses

Responsibilities

Complete skilled nursing visits and assessments

Manage wound care, medication teaching, and patient evaluations

Coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Active Texas RN license

1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)

Current CPR
