Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess service needs, and advise on recommended maintenance and repairs

Prepare repair orders, communicate with technicians, and provide clear updates to customers

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through
-
Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, workflow coordination, reporting, and quality control
-
Help maintain department organization and support daily operations to enhance efficiency
-
Review service history, warranty coverage, and pricing with customers
-
Handle customer concerns and help maintain positive dealership relationships
-
Contribute to process improvements and department performance goals
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required
-
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
-
Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
-
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and service software
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist in administrative functions
-
A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
-
Valid driver’s license
- Experience with CDK and X-Time is preferred
- Spanish Speaker a PLUS!
