What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service or repairs
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend honest, value-driven solutions
• Clearly explain repair needs and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Manage appointments and workflow efficiently to maximize productivity
• Stay up to date on products, services, and training initiatives
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by resolving concerns promptly and professionally

What You Bring

• Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–5 years of automotive service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A drive to learn, improve, and exceed expectations
