CLIENT HAS ONLY 2 HR TWICE A WEEK FOR ASSISTANCE IN BATHING AND GETTING DRESSED.

THE CLIENT NEED TO BE SERVICED FOR TWO HOURS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-12PM

Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

• Bath
• Meal Preparation
• Oral Hygiene
• Shampoos
• Changing Bed linen
• Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
• Skin Care to prevent breakdown
• Assisting the patient with toileting activities

CNA preferred.
