Pay: $20/hour + monthly Quality Assurance bonuses after 90 days

Our Corporate Business Development Center in Chandler is growing, and we are seeking four Customer Advocates to join our June hiring class. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between customers and dealership teams via phone and email
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
  • Provide clear, professional, and helpful communication to customers and coworkers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account information while multitasking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that supports Chapman’s commitment to excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center required
  • Proficient with software and technology (dual-monitor experience preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Fluent in written and verbal English; bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability is preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
