Sales, Business Development, & Account Management of Corporate Clients
Seeking an outgoing and driven individual to handle sales, business development & account management activities.
The CarAdvise mission is to make car care a more transparent, affordable, and convenient experience for consumers, businesses, and small fleets. The CarAdvise platform allows users to receive maintenance reminders, compare prices, schedule service, review & approve services, pay, and store maintenance history all using their smartphone. CarAdvise partners with many large brands including Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Shell and USAA (just to name a few). Additionally, CarAdvise currently works with over 25K+ shops and 35+ brands throughout North America including Firestone, JiffyLube, Pep Boys, Dealerships, and Independent Shops.
This unique position will include working within several segments of our business to grow and maintain our clientbase including:
Expanding the independent shop network by contacting vetted shops that have pre-accepted CarAdvise terms
B2B fleets program sales through our partnership with Shell
B2B sales of a new program, CarPerks, which is an employee perks program
The Enterprise Account Advisor will be responsible for sales to small, medium , and large corporate fleet clients, regional service provider companies, and any business open for adding car care perks for their employee perks and benefits programs in North America. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining account management relationships with these clients - managing the full end-to-end customer journey. The Enterprise Account Advisor will report to the Head of Partnerships and will work closely with the leadership team and other key stakeholders on larger more complex deals. All facets will include initial outreach, providing product demos, sales, ongoing support, and account management.
Prospect and hunt customers in the small to medium sized fleet vehicle segment
Review, create, and manage new business partner opportunities and continuously grow while building prospective customer pipeline to meet quarterly sales targets
Report progress accurately to show increase of opportunity and customers
Develop strong relationships and partnerships with customer stakeholders (e.g. owners, fleet managers, service managers, asset managers, etc.)
Communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders by providing critical feedback to improve overall experience, product, and identify market growth opportunities
Manage the entire sales cycle from reviewing suspects, to adding prospects, to finding a clients, helping the customers
Keep records of sales opportunities, activities, proposals, forecasts, closed deals, etc. in Salesforce CRM
WHO ARE YOU?
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience working in a sales and account management position within SaaS, Fleet, B2B, IT consulting, or digital business transformation with a proven track record
Demonstrated success in prospecting new business, penetrating new accounts and winning contracts/deals
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, with an aptitude and attitude to learning systems and softwares
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technology adoption to end customers
Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
Team player, willing to ask for help and provide assistance to those on their team and outside of their team
Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
Driven and passionate
Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written
Comfortable with significant daily prospective customer interaction and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers by providing guidance and support
Ambitious, self-motivated, and a diverse team player with the ability to orchestrate sales engagements across a variety of multiple different customer stakeholders and industries
Your work style is systematic, structured, and goal-oriented and you find it easy to network with decision-makers and to present ideas and concepts convincingly
The selected individual will be provided with a company laptop, along with access to internal tools/software including SalesForce and an online phone system. Additional opportunities for growth within the company are available.
