The Accounting Manager will keep our Company running smoothly from a finance operations perspective. You’re a jack-of-all trades that solves problems, manages complex projects, provides hands on strategic guidance, and knows how to deliver success. We are poised for massive growth in the next year and this role will be crucial in scaling operational processes and supporting all facets of the business. You will report directly to the CEO and be a key leader in our Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a scalable finance infrastructure
- Manage the A/P, A/R, and reconciliation process ensuring all vendor payments are accurate, and transactions reconcile to the amount collected and pricing, and billings are on-time and accurate
- Manage our complex pricing world, ensuring accuracy and our “savings” value proposition
- Manage all Company financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements on time and accurately.
- Can develop projection models and manage to forecast vs. actual.
- Help to identify finance sources and be involved in raising outside capital
- Identify and drive initiatives on system/process improvements
- Develop and implement performance metrics. We will rely on you to make data driven decisions on the business that will drive P&L, budget and headcount planning.

- Liaise with product and engineering to implement innovative solutions that will streamline all payment processes with our shop partners.

- 2-7 years of experience in finance and operational leadership roles, preferably with experience at a technology company and/or top tier management consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specifically very strong skills with Excel
- SQL/Metabase experience a plus
- 2+ years experience reporting to senior management or c-suite level personnel.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis is preferred.
- BA/BS from a 4-year college or university is required
