BDC AGENT

Capitol Chevrolet, a premier dealership in Austin is committed to delivering an exceptional automotive experience. We are currently seeking a professional, motivated BDC Agent to join our Business Development Center. This is a key position focused on managing and converting incoming internet, phone, and chat leads into showroom traffic and sales opportunities.

Position Summary

As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your role is to provide timely, friendly, and professional communication to schedule appointments and follow up on leads;ensuring each guest receives a world-class first impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries using dealership-approved scripts and CRM tools

• Set and confirm sales appointments for the showroom team

• Conduct regular follow-up with prospective customers via email, phone, and text

• Maintain detailed lead activity and customer notes in CRM system

• Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion

• Support dealership marketing efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong phone presence and customer service mindset

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—training provided

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time: 5-day workweek with rotating Saturdays (closed Sundays)

• Hourly base + performance-based bonuses

• Earning potential: $3,500–$5,000+ per month
