Capitol Chevrolet, the #1 Volume Chevy Dealership in South Texas, is looking for a Proven Used Car Internet Manager to lead our digital sales department. With 1,400+ fresh leads monthly, we’re seeking a professional who can drive performance, close deals, and take full ownership of our used car internet sales process. This is not a training position. We need a leader who knows how to manage volume and personally produce results. Our expectation is clear: a closing ratio near 30%.
Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed, structure, and conversion

Personally work Dealer Socket daily and making 80–100 outbound calls

Lead and develop sales team with training, accountability, and process adherence

Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios

Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement

Collaborate with sales desk and leadership to ensure efficient hand off and high close rates

Track KPIs weekly and adjust strategy based on performance metrics
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of automotive Internet/BDC experience required

Sales management or team leadership experience preferred

History of closing at 25–30% or higher from digital leads

Deep understanding of DealerSocket and modern lead handling strategies

High-level phone, email, and texting skills

Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results
