What We’re Looking For:
High-energy leadership style
Strong accountability and follow-up skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and pushing your team to do the same
A motivator who can create energy and urgency every single day
Someone with F&I Experience. Prior automotive sales management experience preferred
Bilingual a plus!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily sales meetings and energize the floor

  • Coach and develop a young sales team

  • Track performance and drive call follow-up expectations

  • Partner with F&I to maximize dealership success

  • Create a competitive, fun, and high-performing culture
