Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to join a fast-paced, supportive team? Capital Subaru of Greenville is seeking a skilled Used Car Technician to join our growing service department. If you take pride in quality work, have strong mechanical skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment - this is the opportunity for you. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency. 
• Conduct multi-point inspections on pre-owned vehicles. 
• Recondition vehicles based on Used Car Manager's authorization. 
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. 
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of necessary repairs. 
• Provide accurate estimates on additional work and repair timelines. 
• Inspect and maintain fluid levels, replacing or replenishing as necessary. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly. 
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts.
• Maintain accountability to dealership owned tools and manuals. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive experience is required. 
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills; experience with electronic diagnostic equipment preferred. 
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. 
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
