What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage Customers - Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Understand Needs - Listen to customers to identify their needs and preferences.
• Offer Solutions:  Present and demonstrate vehicles that align with customer desires.
• Build Relationships:  Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Close Sales:  Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!
