Automotive Vehicle Exchange Specialist

Capital Auto Group is looking for a customer-focused, motivated Automotive Vehicle Exchange Specialist to help customers explore opportunities to upgrade or exchange their current vehicles. This role focuses on building relationships, evaluating trade-ins, and creating a seamless customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with customers interested in upgrading or exchanging their vehicles.

• Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present vehicle options.

• Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine market value.

• Explain the benefits of upgrading and transitioning into another vehicle.

• Negotiate trade-in values and pricing to create mutually beneficial deals.

• Assist with vehicle exchange paperwork and documentation.

• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in automotive sales, vehicle appraisals, or customer service.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle features, and market trends.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.
