Are you a natural communicator who thrives on turning conversations into opportunities? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, manage incoming leads, and help drive sales by showcasing the value of our products and services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, or online
- Build connections with potential customers to uncover their needs
- Share product info, promotions, and highlight key benefits
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and create success stories
- Keep accurate, organized notes in our CRM system
What we’re looking for:
- Sales or customer service experience (automotive/BDC a plus!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A knack for spotting and seizing sales opportunities
- Comfortable with phone or virtual sales interactions
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools
- Team player with a motivated, target-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
