Automotive Maintenance Associate

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Maintenance associate to help keep our dealership in top shape! This role is essential to ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. What You'll Do:

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of dealership facilities (showroom, offices, restrooms, service areas, and lot). 
• Assist with minor building repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
•  Maintain grounds by removing trash, sweeping, and keeping walkways clear and safe. 
• Ensure inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies is stocked. 
• Support the team with setup for dealership events or special projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or maintenance work preferred (but not required - we will train the right person!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on a regular basis. 
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
