Bilingual Sales Consultant

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a BILINGUAL Sales Consultant to join our amazing team at Capital Hyundai of Jacksonville!!

Are you passionate about cars, customer service, and fluent in both English & Spanish?  If so, we want to hear from you!!  As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. Fluent in both English and Spanish, you'll provide personalized guidance, answering questions, and facilitating the sales process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing:

• Engage with customers in both English and Spanish, understanding their automotive needs and preferences.
• Showcase our inventory of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to match customer requirements.
• Conduct test drives, demonstrating vehicle performance and capabilities.
• Assist customers in navigating the purchasing process, including financing options and incentives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Collaborate with sales team members and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for automobiles and a desire to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
