CAPITAL Ford of Hillsborough is looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our customers and service department—delivering a top-tier service experience while ensuring the efficient and accurate diagnosis and completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with customers to assess their vehicle service and repair needs
• Clearly explain recommended services, estimated costs, and timelines to customers
• Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure prompt and accurate completion of work
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally, aiming for first-visit resolution
• Perform preliminary inspections and gather vehicle information to assist technicians
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with dealership standards
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the service team
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Comfortable using software platforms for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
