Ford dealership experience is a plus, but a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is what matters most.
What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome customers with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help

Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns

Educate customers on maintenance recommendations, repair options, and pricing with honesty and transparency

Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up

Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive updates

Manage appointments, repair orders, and workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset

Work collaboratively with technicians, parts, and leadership to create an outstanding service experience
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar dealership role preferred

Ford dealership experience is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and service processes

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills

A servant-leadership mindset with a passion for helping people

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Ability to confidently explain repairs, recommendations, and estimates

Experience with dealership management software and estimating systems

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mentality

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings
