What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers with energy and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
• Build genuine relationships by understanding each customer’s needs and goals
• Guide customers through the entire buying journey—from first conversation to delivery day
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits with confidence and enthusiasm
• Close deals while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, current inventory, and industry trends
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and grow your career
• Support your team and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, driven attitude and a genuine passion for working with people
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required; we’ll train the right person
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
