Automotive Service Advisor

Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount is seeking a customer-focused, driven, and energetic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for our service customers - helping them understand their vehicle needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional experience. If you love problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs
• Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and associated costs 
• Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient daily workflow 
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs 
• Provide updates to customers regarding service progress and completion times 
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Support additional service department tasks as needed 

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred 
• Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair services strongly preferred 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computerized estimating, scheduling, and service management systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
