What You'll Be Doing:

• Roll out the red carpet and give every customer a VIP experience! 
• Help customers find the perfect ride by understanding their needs and showcasing our amazing Ford and Lincoln lineup. 
• Guide your customers through the entire car-buying journey - from the first handshake to handing over the keys. 
• Stay in-the-know about the latest models, features, and incentives (you'll be the expert they trust).

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required - we train the right people!)
• A people-person with strong communication skills who genuinely enjoys helping others. 
• Goal-driven and hungry for success.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, fun, customer-first environment.
• Basic computer skills (you'll use them daily).
• A valid driver's license and clean background check.
