Business Development Center Sales Representative

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for people and a drive to succeed? Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our growing team! 

As a BDC Sales Rep you'll play a key role in driving dealership success by turning inbound leads into real sales opportunities. If you're energetic, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - we want to hear from you! 

What You'll Do: 

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming sales leads via phone, email, and online platforms 
• Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle 
• Present product features, dealership promotions, and value-added services
• Maintain detailed records and customer interactions in the CRM system 
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 
• Stay up to date on inventory, specials, and industry trends 
• Take initiative and contribute to a high-performance team environment 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive BDC experience is a plus!)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone or virtual platforms 
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset 
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Team player who can work cross-functionally
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment 
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes 
• Must successfully complete pre-employment background screening
